There are 2 steps to submitting your video editing form. Please be sure to complete both.

This form should be completed on a desktop PC and not on a mobile device.

Window zoom for this page should be set to 100%.

Please refer to the "Next Steps" email we sent you shortly after your event or check your service agreement to see what is included in your video package and make the appropriate selections or upgrade purchases.

In order to place your video in our production queue without delay, we ask that you send ALL necessary items together including all audio tracks, photos, and invitations.

As you complete your form, you'll have access to links in our online shop to help with any upgrades you may be interested in.

Forms with any missing information will not be accepted.

If you are providing your own music tracks and/or wish to use any live audio from your event, please be sure to download the Indemnification Agreement and upload the completed form in the appropriate field below.
