We have two words for you, seriously. Gilmore Girls. This cult show has so many references to this college campus, it's basically its spiritual home. Princeton University is the ideal location for your engagement photo session for an abundance of reasons and if you haven't already planned a trip here just yet then reading through and seeing some of the photos Abella Studios' photographers captured at this amazing location may just convince you!
Gothic Architecture - The most fabulous thing about this university is the combination of busy and modern architecture with old-world gothic beauty.
The Princeton University Chapel - This Gothic Revival chapel is a real showstopper and the first thing you'll see as you enter the campus. It's located on one of the highest points of the university, with an incredible opportunity for creative engagement photos.
The Ivy League Campus - As if we don't love this place enough already, Princeton University was ranked as having one of the most beautiful campuses in America by Travel + Leisure back in 2012. Plus, what other college can boast being home to both a Seminole Reservation and a French bakery? Well they've got us sold anyway...
The Perfect Small Town Feel - We love taking engagement photos throughout New Jersey. There's so much variety to experience, whether it be the hustle and bustle of Hoboken, the vineyards of Laurita or just taking a drive down the Parkway to enjoy some sun at the Jersey Shore. Princeton University is pretty much our idea of nirvana though. Picturesque doesn't even begin to cover it!
