Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ
Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey was established in 1976 and spans 1,212 acres. It has a wide variety of activities all year round such as athletic games, picnicking, walking, biking and even horseback riding!
This park is one of our favorite choices for an engagement session because it has so much variety packed into a small space. We always recommend it to couples who want the feeling of New York City and the Manhattan Skyline without having to drive into the city!
Whatever the backdrop you wish to use, be it the Freedom Tower with its iconic spire, the historic Central Railroad Train Station, the Ellis Island Ferry terminal with its brick walls and iron gates, grassy hills, landscaped gardens and more, there are endless choices of architecture and colors for that perfect NJ Engagement Photo Session.
Couples can roam the park during their Liberty State Park shoot and be surrounded by architecture from historic sites to modern skyscrapers. The amazing park provides many opportunities to capture epic images.
