This product includes archive retrieval of past event images along with an online image gallery for viewing / downloading, which will remain active for 3 months.  A charge of $99 plus tax is inclusive of both archive retrieval and online image gallery hosting for viewing/downloading.  Optional add-on of all available archived images to thumb drive can be added to this service for $50 plus tax. Be sure to select a shipping or pickup option, if you require a thumb drive in your order.

This product is non-refundable.

*IMPORTANT: After your event date, the original image files have been provided to you for download through your gallery, shortly thereafter we remove them from our studio drives and store them in our backup archive for a period of time.

Upon your purchase of this service, we will need to check our archives to ensure that we still have your images, as events older than 3 years may no longer be available via archive. If we are unable to retrieve the requested event after your order is placed, we will notify you and a refund for this service will be provided, otherwise this purchase is non-refundable.

If you wish to have additional work completed, such as portraits, albums, etc., there would be an additional fee which is based on the amount of time that has passed since the original event date.

Once reactivated, your online image gallery will expire after 3 months from date of activation.  We recommend downloading and storing all of your original high resolution images on at least two external drives for safe keeping.
