Please note: This product is intended for wedding or event images. If you would like all of your engagement shoot images on a USB flash drive, please be sure to purchase your High Resolution Engagement Shoot images prior to purchasing this product. There are no refunds for this product.
No refunds or exchanges. Should you choose to purchase a flash drive for your engagement shoot images without purchasing the High Resolution files in advance, you may choose to purchase the High Resolution files and we will proceed with fulfilling your order, but there will be no refunds on this product. If the product is defective, please contact the studio to submit a refund for a replacement.
